Account Deletion

Users of the Vejigante App may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Vejigante App Account:

1. Open the Vejigante App on your mobile device.

2. Go to Settings from the main menu.

3. Select Profile.

4. Tap Delete Account.

5. Review the information about account deletion and data removal.

6. Confirm your decision by tapping Confirm Delete.

7. Your account will be permanently deleted and you will be logged out automatically.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What data will be deleted:
•⁠  ⁠User account profile (email, password and game progress)
•⁠  ⁠Authentication credentials
•⁠  ⁠App usage data
 

Data Retention:
• All user data is automatically and permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion.
• No data is retained after the deletion process is completed.

Disclaimer: Because all data is permanently deleted immediately, account restoration is not possible. Users will not be able to request the recovery or reinstatement of a deleted account.
